 Frequently Asked Questions

On your retreats, do you…. bang drums, do finger paintings, get colonic irrigation, believe that butterflies that flap their wings in the forest cause a tree to fall over in Brazil, smoke pot or get reincarnated?2014-02-10T07:33:03+10:00
We LOVE yoga.  Our retreat teachers have done loads of yoga training and have  a lot of teaching experience but we are also just regular folk with families, partners and jobs, so we like to offer what we would want from a retreat.
We try to offer many classes and workshops in a day.  So there is always plenty to choose from.  Some of our participants choose to come to everything.  Some (usually those with little ones at home) come to a few things and then enjoy the very rare experience of uninterrupted book reading time, relaxed swims at the beach, walks etc etc.  We encourage people to treat it as a yoga holiday, with gorgeous healthy food that is cooked for you. There is no pot smoking (that we are aware of), could be some drumming, finger painting is unlikely, we’ll leave colonics to your planning and reincarnation is not on the menu.  Brazil, we’re not ruling out Brazil however 🙂 May the wings of the butterfly bless your soul!
**Thanks and love to Spaldo for the above questions**
